COD Orders will only get proceeds only after 25% Advance amount paid out of given INR cost of the product.
Our Authorized Person will Contact you for Work process & further instruction for processing the order.
In case, if you miss the delivery / if you refuse to accept the ordered products / change of thought in your mind then paid 25% Paid advance amount will be non-refundable.
ORDER CANCELLATION-
100% refund applicable in case only if you cancel the order within 2 Hours along with mandatory email confirmation from your registered email id after the order placed time. Post 2 Hours of time passes refund will not applicable.

POST DELIVERY REPLACEMENT REQUEST-
Replacement for the product is applicable in case of defective, damaged received or wrong piece delivered, we will happily replace it. You must need to send proper details of the defective, damaged, wrong item received request within 24 Hours on our replacement form. Post 24 Hours it is treated as properly deliver and cannot entitled for replacement.

PICK UP FACILITY-
In case if you located at non service area by the courier/ parcel pick up company for reverse pick up , you will need to dispatch the courier in our original packing format on our address.
Replacement form is placed at footer area of Home page. Pls follow the instruction while filling up the form.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
